Who handles your information

Gagan Kumar, trading as PP Development, is the controller of information submitted through this website.

What I collect and why

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, project type, project details, and consent. I use these details to respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project. I do not sell them or add them to mailing lists. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.

Where your inquiry goes

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Azure Communication Services sends the email verification code, and Microsoft Dataverse stores your inquiry. These services also process technical information needed for operation and security.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, I use Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, which sections people open, and how the contact form performs. Clarity collects technical and usage information, such as the pages visited, device and browser details, clicks, and scrolling. Heatmaps and session replays help me improve the website.

The contact form and its confirmation messages are masked in session replays. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and verification codes are not included in the custom analytics events. Those events record actions such as opening a section or a confirmed submission, without identifying the person.

Clarity loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Use the controls below to change it or withdraw consent at any time. After acceptance, the floating control disappears; return to this Privacy note to change your choice. After declining, a small Analytics off control remains available. Declining analytics does not affect navigation or the contact form. This site does not enable advertising consent or send custom user identifiers to Clarity.

Your colour preference

If you choose a colour scheme, this browser can remember it in local storage. Only the colour name is saved with this preference, not your form details. You can choose another colour at any time or clear the saved preference by clearing this website’s site data in your browser.

Retention and your choices

I use inquiry details for the project conversation and follow-up. A fixed retention period has not yet been published.

To request access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form. Submitting that request also creates an inquiry record, which I review and follow up through your verified email.

Submission confirmation

The form confirms receipt only when the inquiry service reports successful storage. A connection failure after submission can leave receipt uncertain; the form explains what is known.
