What the inquiry form collects

Your name, email address, optional company, the type of help you need, your project description, and your consent to be contacted. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in your message.

How your details are used

We use your details to respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project. They are not sold or added to marketing lists. Inquiries are stored in Microsoft Dataverse, our customer relationship system.

Email verification and hosting

Microsoft Azure Communication Services sends a verification code to the email address you enter. The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. These Microsoft services process the information needed to provide the website, verification, and inquiry storage.

Your browser sends the form over HTTPS to a server-side service. Dataverse credentials remain on the server and are not included in the website. Verification tokens are held in page memory; the form does not save your details in browser local storage.

Cookies and technical information

The website does not include analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Hosting services may process technical request information for operation and security, including information used to limit repeated requests.

If a request fails

The form displays a confirmation only when the inquiry service reports that your details were stored. If a connection fails after submission, we may not be able to confirm receipt. The message on the form will explain what is known.

Your choices

To request a correction or deletion, use the inquiry form and explain what you would like changed. Your request will be reviewed and followed up through your verified email address.
